Not all projects require planning permission, however, for those that do, payment is required prior to making planning application. Invoicing format is determined by the project and is agreed with the client as part of the quote acceptance.

This is a tricky one to explain. You will get up to three revisions of your plans where changes are relatively minor and one revision where it is a major revision. A list of minor changes can be supplied as part of one revision (e.g. one revision might be, make rear doors bi-fold, change size of en-suite, make a flat roof & change roof light position.) These changes must be supplied all at the same time before committing time to the revision so that I can make sure they are included. Additional charges may be applicable with further revisions.

Any revision which has a drastic affect on the internal/external configuration however, is subject to the assessment of how complex the alterations are and how many additional hours will be required e.g. changing from a single storey extension to a double storey extension.
